13-0!

#1 Plainfield 51 - #2 South Brunswick 49

Plainfield grabbed it's second Summer-SlamFest title by defeating South Brunswick 51-49. Led by Andre Rose (19pts/4rebs/1blk) and 3 thunderous dunks and Summer-Slam/MVP Anthony Nelson (15pts/4rebs/1stl/2assts) the Cardinals won their 13th straight game and became only the third team in HawksBasketball history to go through a season undefeated and the first Summer-SlamFest team ever to do so! Malcolm Sories (11pts/1blk/1stl) led the Vikings. This game was close all along with the Vikings clawing back into the game 5 or 6 times but it was the calm free throw shooting of Andre Rose (5/9) and Anthony Nelson (7/14) down the stretch that sealed the deal for the Cardinals. Great game and both teams should represent their conferences well this year.

#1 Plainfield 43 - #4 Piscataway 31
