Linden's Cecilia Green (7pts/4rebs/3stls) had an all-around effort and helped lead the East squad to the victory over the West All-Stars 77-64. Jordan Gambino (St. John Villa) added 8pts/4 rebs along with Lauren DeFalco (Immaculata) 8pts. Nikolika Anosike of St. Peter's (SI) led all scores with 19pts/14rebs/2blks/6stls/2assts but it wasn't enough to pull out the win. Kathy Rutter (Old Bridge) also added 11pts/5rebs. Green's clutch play down the stretch garnered her the game MVP honors.

Are you kidding me??? This game was back and fourth all night. There were 23 Three Point Shots MADE, total by both teams!!! Jermaine Clark (Perth Amboy) 24pts/2rebs/1stl/1asst had (6) 3pter's and he had the crowd going but in the end it was Scotch Plains' monster sophomore Derrick Caracter who brought home the goods. Caracter (22pts/8rebs/2blks/2assts) ended the last minute of the game when he ripped an offensive rebound off a missed shot and put it back with Columbia's 6' 10" Geoff Middleton hanging on his back! Then the team got a steal and got it to Caracter who was fouled with the game tied @ 106 with :054 seconds left. Caracter banged down both free throws for the win. Derrick Caracter was awarded the game MVP for his outstanding play down the stretch. Jermaine Clark came in a close second in the judge's voting as he thrilled the crowd hitting 4 consecutive 3's during the game.
